Control systems

Control system is used for the setting up and evaluation of optimum conditions for extraction of air by the electric fan. Main places of use:

laboratories,
fume hoods,
in cases when it is necessary to regulate the amount of extracted air.

Control systems come in two versions:

version where fan operates at constant pace
version where fan rotation rate is regulated

Connection and function of control system

Air flow speed is read by the sensor at a specific location. The control unit evaluates the incoming signal and shows this on a display panel.

If air flow ceases or decreases to a rate below a given threshold, this will be indicated by light and sound beacon. In the version where fan operates at constant pace the system has to be regulated manually. In the version where fan rotation rate is regulated, the control system automatically increases rotation of the fan until maximum air flow speed is attained. When the fan reaches maximum rotation speed this is indicated by light and sound beacon.
